This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It describes the categories of personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the rights you have.

In the past twelve months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: name, title, email address, phone number, and IP address
- Commercial / financial information: church financial data you enter (giving, expenses, property values, loan balances, reserves) and your assessment results
- Internet activity: pages visited, time on page, referring URLs, and interactions with our tools, collected via analytics
- Geolocation data: approximate location derived from your IP address
- Inferences: readiness scores and factor breakdowns generated from the information you provide
3.How We Use and Disclose It
We use this information to operate our services, generate your readiness assessment, communicate with you, connect you with lending partners when you request it, and improve our Site. We disclose personal information only to service providers (such as our database, CRM, email, hosting, and analytics providers) and, with your consent, to lending partners you ask to be matched with. 4.Your California Rights
As a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
- Delete: request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions
- Correct: request that we correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out: opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (note: we do not sell or share it)
- Limit: limit the use of sensitive personal information (note: we do not use sensitive information for purposes that require this option)
- Non-discrimination: not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights
5.We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information
ChurchLend does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. See our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page for more detail.
6.Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect or process sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, or financial account login credentials) for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. The financial information you enter is used only to generate your readiness assessment and, with your consent, to facilitate a lender match.
7.How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a request to know, delete, or correct your information, email us at riley@churchlend.com.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask the agent to provide proof of your authorization, and we may ask you to verify your own identity directly.
8.Verification
To protect your information, we will take steps to verify your identity before responding to a request, typically by matching information you provide against information we already hold. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by law.
