Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

ChurchLend does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, and we have no plans to. The only time your information goes to a third party for your benefit is when you explicitly request to be matched with a lending partner.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), "sale" means disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration, and "sharing" means disclosing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Disclosures to service providers that process data on our behalf, and disclosures you direct (such as a lender match you request), are not a sale or share under this definition.

Even though we do not sell or share your information, you may still submit an opt-out request, or any other privacy request, by emailing us at riley@churchlend.com.

We will honor verified requests and confirm that your information is not, and will not be, sold or shared.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask the agent for proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly before we act on the request.

Opting out of sale or sharing is only one of your rights. You also have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information. See our California Privacy Rights page for the full list and how to exercise each one.
