1.Our commitment
We design churchlend.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard courts, settlements, and disability advocates actually reference. We are not claiming a completed third-party audit of every template. We are stating the bar we build to, and we fix what we find.
We do not use a third-party accessibility overlay or a floating accessibility widget. Those products are not a legal shield, and they often make assistive technology worse. Accessibility belongs in the pages themselves.
2.What is in place today
A skip-to-main-content link on every page, for keyboard users who should not have to tab through the header.
Visible focus treatment on interactive controls. Text can be enlarged in the browser; we do not lock zoom.
Form fields in the assessment use visible labels. Icon-only buttons in the header have accessible names.
The loan packet includes a text-size control for the 40-to-70 audience who fill it in. That is a usability aid. It is not a substitute for WCAG conformance and we do not describe it as one.
3.How to report a barrier
If a page is hard to use with a keyboard, a screen reader, captions, or enlarged text, tell us. Name the page and what you were trying to do. We treat that as a defect, not a support ticket to close.
Email accessibility reports to riley@churchlend.com.

4.Scope
This statement covers churchlend.com, including the assessment, calculators, guides, and legal pages. Third-party embeds (maps, analytics) are outside our markup. Linked lender websites are their own properties.
