• Form submissions: contact messages, partnership inquiries, interest forms, and newsletter sign-ups

When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your consent: when you explicitly request to be matched with a lending partner, we share relevant assessment data with that partner to facilitate the lending process
• Service providers: we use third-party services including Supabase (database), HubSpot (customer relationship management), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising (Bing analytics)
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, row-level security on our database, and input sanitization on all form submissions.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Assessment data and contact information are retained to enable you to return to your results and to facilitate ongoing communication about lending options. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, and potentially the Microsoft/Bing UET tag) to collect anonymized usage data about how visitors interact with our Site. These tools use cookies to distinguish unique users and measure engagement. We do not use cookies for advertising or retargeting purposes.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You may still receive essential transactional messages tied to a request you made.

Text messages

We do not send marketing text messages without your prior express consent. If we ever do, you can opt out by replying STOP, and message and data rates may apply.

Global Privacy Control
